Jagan Mohan Reddy directed authorities to accelerate the growth of Karakatta road to a four-lane one and develop all other roadways connected to it as it was crucial for advancement of Amaravati region.He evaluated several key tasks coming up under Amaravati Metropolitan Region Development Authority and likewise being used up in Visakhapatnam with minister for municipal administration Botsa Satyanarayana and senior officials at his camp office here on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, he felt the requirement to take up expansion of Karakatta roadway and to link other roads connected to it in order to help with quicker advancement of Amaravati region.
He required speeding up works connected to connecting the seed gain access to road to the primary road and also completion of the Delighted Nest job by an early date.
He looked for conclusion of all pending jobs and works related to structures in Amaravati region.Earlier, authorities informed that the Karakatta road expansion involves an expense of Rs 150 crore.With regard to job propositions in Visakhapatnam, the Chief Minister reviewed the proposed task on 13.59 acres along the coast line in the steel city as the TD government had offered the land to Lulu Group on a lease basis at a small cost for 33 years.
He examined some proposals meant to increase sources of revenue.
Authorities from National Buildings Building Corporation Limited and APIIC detailed about a number of proposals.NBCC officials stated that building and construction of industrial plazas and residential complexes would fetch at least Rs 1,450 crore of net income to the state federal government
