Elections Commission chairman Mahinda Deshapriya says that government officials, who are casting their postal votes, posting the pictures of the ballot paper in social media after voting is illegal and can be sentenced to three years in prison.He was speaking at a media conference held at the Election Commission premises in Rajagiriyayesterday (31st).
