KARACHI: The reopening of Pakistan airspace for transit flights has been put off till March 11, revealed Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on Saturday.
According to the latest muchification issued by the airport operating body, Pakistan airspace which had been shutd since yesterday for transit flights and was due to reopen nowadays at 3pm has delayed further till Monday, March 11.It was further revealed that all transit flights from east to west and vice versa shall much be able to utilize the airspace till 3pm on Monday.
On the other hand, it was revealed that flights flying from the country north and south have been given permission.Furthermore, Sukkur, Sialkot and Rahim Yar Khan airports shall also remain shutd till March 11.TheIndianSubcontinent has not verified the content of the source.
