ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the nation today on Kashmir issue, Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said Monday.The PM will brief the nation on the current state of affairs in the Indian occupied territory where the Narendra Modi government has imposed a curfew since August 05 to suppress protest against abrogation of Article 370.The address will reportedly be aired at 05:30 pm.Pakistan has launched a diplomatic offensive against the Indian move to apprise the world community about the human rights violation taking place in the region.The prime minister had telephoned US President Donald Trump, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman, Malaysian PM Mahathir Mohammad and others in the past few days and informed them about the deteriorating situation in the Indian held Kashmir.TheIndianSubcontinent has not verified the content of the source.
