Election for HoR Speaker on January 19 Madhes Provincial Assembly to elect speaker on January 16 The Congress Parliamentary Party conference chose to make Jangilal the candidate for speaker of Madhes Province.

He had registered his candidateship for speaker yesterday with the proposition of Congress MP Kumarkant Jha and the support of Jivachi Devi.

Voting for the speaker in Madhes Province will be held tomorrow. Jangilal, who had won the election as a Provincial Assembly member from Sarlahi Constituency No 2 (A), was expelled from the celebration by the Nepali Congress on 18 November and was not even a common member.When the five-party alliance stopped working to reach agreement, Jangilal from the Nepali Congress and Sunil Kumar Shah from the Maoist Centre were prospects for Sarlahi Constituency No 2 (A) Province Assembly.

Later on, when the alliance went through division, the Maoist prospect was picked.

Jangilal did not back down.

The Nepali Congress asked Jangilal for a description.

However after there was no answer or retreat, two days prior to the election, the celebration took disciplinary action and eliminated him from the party.Anand Prasad Dhungana, the coordinator of the Central Disciplinary Committee of the Congress, had composed the following in the statement relating to Jangilals expulsion, In the forthcoming elections to your home of Representatives and Province Assembly Member 2022, as you have been requested for an explanation concerning your failure to act in accordance with the arrangement between the Nepali Congress and the alliance in the Province Assembly and as you have actually not submitted an explanation with your viewpoint within the offered time, you are notified of the action taken by the NB by-laws, 2017 (with amendments) to end your party membership.

However, he stayed a rebel prospect and handled to win the election.

But yesterday, the Nepali Congress made him the candidate for speaker.

Jangilals competition for the speakers post will be with Ramchandra Mandal of the CPN-UML, a member of the ruling coalition.

Jangilal has the assistance of the NC and the CPN (Unified Socialists).
