The Ministerial Consultative Committee on Justice, Prisons Affairs and Constitutional Reforms has actually chosen to postpone the second reading argument on the Regulation of Election Expenditure Bill by one month.The choice was reached after thinking about a request made by Members of Parliament who participated in the committee conference on Tuesday (Jan 17).
