NEW DELHI: An earthquake of magnitude 4.3 on the Richter scale struck Yuksom in Sikkim on Monday morning, the National Center for Seismology said.According to NCS, the quake occurred at around 4.15 am at a depth of 10km.
The epicentre of the quake lay 70km northwest of Yuksom in Sikkim.
There were no reports of any loss of lives or property.On Sunday night, an earthquake of magnitude 4.0 on the Richter scale struck Assams Nagaon.
The quake was tape-recorded at 4.18 pm, having an epicentre at Nagaon at a depth of 10km.
