On average, opening a company in the first four months of the year took one day and six hours.Moreover, the total number of openings was 21.8% higher than in the previous four-month period and 1.6% lower than in 2022.According to the Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce, and Services, over 21 million active CNPJs are nationwide.Of these, 93.7% are micro or small companies.
