As reported by official sources on Thursday, Argentinas industrial activity dropped by 0.3% in October compared to September.This data, released by the National stats agency Indec, showed a 0.8% decrease from October 2022, continuing a five-month downward trend.In October, declines were noted in ten of sixteen industrial sectors.
Significant drops occurred in food and beverages, the chemical industry, and petroleum refining.However, other sectors like clothing, textiles, and machinery saw annual improvements.Industrial production contracted by 0.4% in the years first ten months.
