The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan&& s (IEA) foreign minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, stated Wednesday the international community has refrained from doing anything to warrant him encouraging the IEA leadership to alter policies.Muttaqi made the remarks throughout a meeting with visiting Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations Amina Mohammad and her delegation of leading UN officials.Among the problems under discussion is the ban on females&& s education and the restriction on women working for NGOs.&& As a foreign minister, I have the responsibility to encourage you, the people and the government.
