Fasihuddin Fitrah, Afghan army chief of staff, called the recent remarks of his Pakistani counterpart, Asim Munir, over security as &insulting&, saying it suggests desperation of Pakistani government officials.Munir recently said that the life of a single Pakistani is more important than the entire Afghanistan.Enayatullah Khwarazmi, the spokesman of the Ministry of Defense, said on X on Saturday that such statements are an insult to the values of a Muslim nation. He said: &While the government officials of Pakistan have failed to ensure the security of their citizens, they are shifting the blame for their negligence to others.&Khwarazmi added: &The people of Pakistan should react against such biased views expressed by their statesmen, which causes hatred between two neighboring and Muslim countries.&The Ministry of National Defense warned that expressing &irresponsible& remarks not fails to solve the problem, but also damages the good relations between the two neighboring countries. The ministry added that the world and the people of Afghanistan still remember the bravery and heroism of their security and defense forces and how they fought for the independence and freedom of their country. The post Afghan army chief slams his Pakistani counterpart over ‘insulting& remarks first appeared on Ariana News.
