Zamir Kabulov, Russia’& rsquo; s Special Representative for Afghanistan, has revealed that the next round of the “& ldquo; Moscow Format & rdquo; talks on Afghanistan is anticipated to occur in between September and October 2025.
According to TASS news firm, Kabulov made the remarks after UN-led working group conferences on Afghanistan kept in Doha.
