Two people died on Thursday in a helicopter crash in a rural colony in the city of Yby Ya, in the department of Concepcin, in northern Paraguay.According to police authorities, the people were recognized as Diego Armindo Domnguez Cardozo, 20 years old, of Paraguayan citizenship; and Ismael Dikner Dos Santos, of Brazilian nationality, 23 years old.Both deceased had their declared residence in Pedro Juan Caballero, department of Amambay, on the border with Brazil.According to info gathered by the Paraguayan National Police, the aircraft crash may have been brought on by the helicopter crashing into a high-voltage tower coming from the National Electricity Administration (ANDE).
