Brazils sanitation giant Sabesps (SBSP3) privatization drive shattered records with an institutional demand hitting R$187 billion ($34.31 billion).This landmark event, widely reported by local media, signals robust investor confidence.A notable R$7 billion ($1.28 billion) order, the largest single investment seen in Brazils markets, set this transaction apart.Meanwhile, Equatorial (EQTL3) invested R$6.8 billion ($1.2 billion) for a 15% stake, surpassing Rede DOrs (RDOR3) previous top order of R$2.5 billion ($455,321).In total, 309 orders were placed, marking the third-highest count on record.Projected to generate R$14.8 billion ($2.1 billion), the offering priced shares at R$67 each, the cap set by Equatorial, now a key shareholder.Sabesp Shatters Records: Privatization Demand Hits Historic $34 Billion.
