The Finance Minister was addressing a curtain raiser ofthe launch of the Garib Kalyan Rojgar programme, aimed at creating employment in rural parts of the country.
Prime MinisterNarendra Modi will launch theGarib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan through video conferencing on Saturday, June 20.
