Sovereign Gold Bonds 2021-22 will be provided in 6 tranches, said the Finance MinistrySovereign Gold Bond: The main federal government, in assessment with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today decided to provide the schedule for the Sovereign Gold Bonds Scheme 2021-22.
The Sovereign Gold Bonds Scheme 2021-22 will be provided in six tranches, beginning with May 2021 to September 2021.
According to a declaration released by the Ministry of Financing on Wednesday, May 12, the membership for the first tranche of Sovereign Gold Bonds Plan 2021-22 will open on May 17, 2021, and will end on May 21, 2021, staying open for investors for a duration of 5 days.The date of issuance for the very first hypnotic trance is May 25, 2021.
As per the schedule, the 2nd tranche will begin on May 24 and will end on May 28, 2021.
The 3rd hypnotic trance is between May 31, staying open for membership till June 4.
The fourth tranche will start on July 12 and will end on July 16.
The fifth tranche is in between August 9 and August 13.
The 6th tranche is in between August 30- September 3, 2021.
The gold bonds will be offered through the scheduled commercial banks, except for the little financing banks and payment banks, designated post offices, identified stock market such as Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Market of India, and Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited.According to the Reserve Bank of India, the gold bonds will be limited for sale to the resident people, trusts, universities, hindu-undivided households (HUF), along with charitable institutions.
The gold bonds will be denominated in multiples of gram(s) of gold with a basic system of one gram.
The minimum permissible financial investment will be one gram of gold throughout the membership window.
