NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Rasandik Ebgg(up 20.00%), BNR Udyog(up 19.99%), Mazda Ltd(up 17.05%) and Sindhu Trade(up 15.22%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.
The 30-share index, BSE was trading 27.68 points up at 83267.15, while the 50-share index, NSE was 6.05 points up at 25411.35.
In the Nifty50 index, 28 stocks traded in the green, while 22 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Sindhu Trade, Sumeet Ind, Prime Focus, Algoquant Fintech and SML Isuzu hit their fresh 52-week high, while Globe Civil Projects, Kkrrafton Developers, Indogulf Cropscience, J.
Taparia Proj and Omega Inter.Tech touched their new 52-week low during the session.
