3 dead, 79 missing after gas explosion at high rise in Russia

At least three people are dead and 79 unaccounted for after a gas explosion in an apartment building in Magnitogorsk, Russia.The building
has partially collapsed and media in sourn city said cries for help could be heard underneath rubble.Some 110 people lived in building,

around 6am local time, when many people were sleeping on what is a Russian public holiday."Three people have been pulled alive from rubble
and three are dead," said Oleg Klimov, deputy governor of Chelyabinsk region."The fate of 79 people is unclear," he added.There have been
similar incidents in Russia in recent years due to ageing infrastructure and poor safety over gas usage.In 2015, at least five people were
killed when a gas blast damaged an apartment building in city of Volgograd.
