NEW DELHI: Leading mortgage lender HDFC is planning to raise up to Rs 45,000 crore through secured redeemable non-convertible debentures
(NCDs) on a private placement basis.
The board of directors of company will consider issuance in a meeting on January 29, 2019.
The amount
will be raised in various tranches, company said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
