NEW DELHI: YES Bank with over 0.85 crore shares changing hands was leading among most traded stocks on NSE on Wednesday.
Shares of Reliance
Communications (number of shares traded: 0.69 crore), South Indian Bank (number of shares traded: 0.63 crore), Zee Entertainment (number of
shares traded: 0.57 crore), GTL Infra (number of shares traded: 0.41 crore), IDFC First Bank (number of shares traded: 0.41 crore), Jet
Airways (number of shares traded: 0.31 crore), PNB (number of shares traded: 0.31 crore), JP Associates (number of shares traded: 0.31
crore) and Vedanta (number of shares traded: 0.30 crore) also featured among most traded stocks on NSE.
Zee Entertainment (Rs 267.97 crore)
was leading pack of most active stocks in value terms.
It was followed by YES Bank (Rs 174.34 crore), RIL (Rs 130.14 crore), Infosys (Rs
112.57 crore), Indiabulls Housing Finance (Rs 94.33 crore), Jet Airways (Rs 90.85 crore), Axis Bank (Rs 81.95 crore), TCS (Rs 81.49 crore),
ICICI Bank (Rs 78.09 crore) and Vedanta (Rs 61.10 crore).
The NSE Nifty index was trading 34.15 points up at 10,920.95 while BSE Sensex was
up 119.03 points at 36,437.36 around 09:34 am on Wednesday

per cent), IndusInd Bank (up 1.50 per cent) and Bharti Infratel (up 1.27 per cent) were among top gainers
While UPL (down 1.24 per cent), Tech Mahindra (down 0.92 per cent), Hero MotoCorp (down 0.65 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services (down
0.55 per cent) and ITC (down 0.47 per cent) were top losers in Nifty pack of stocks.
