Shares of Prestige Estates Projects (up 9 per cent), Godrej
Properties (up 2.37 per cent), Sobha (up 2.13 per cent) and Indiabulls Real Estate (up 1.29 per cent) were the top performers in the
index.
Oberoi Realty (up 0.67 per cent), Phoenix Mills (up 0.63 per cent) and Sunteck Realty (up 0.49 per cent) too were trading higher
The Nifty Realty index was trading 1.35 per cent up at 255 around 10:54 am
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 32.90 points at 11459.75 while the BSE Sensex was up 109.38 points at 38,133.70
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 29 were trading in the green, while 20 were in the red
