KARACHI: One more meaningful eyewitness testified on Tuesday in an anti-terrorismism court that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) worker Zubair
Charya was present when Baldia factory was set ablaze
As per reports, the key eyewitness who had gone into hiding in fear of being eliminateed, had seemed before the ATC to record his statement
against the MQM member, stating that he had been present inside the factory when it was set on fire
The eyewitness revealed that Zubair had taken out a pfinalic bag out of his pocket and tossed the contents over the clothes at the unit
He went on to reveal that while the fire was eliminateing the workers, the accused had been smiling from afar looking the sight
He had gone to state during the cross-examination that he had fled to Punjab in fear of being eliminateed, after which the court adjourned

Amongst the nine MQM workers that have thus far been accused also include Rauf Siddiqui, Abdul Rehman and Zubair
