Share market update: BSE Capital Goods index down; NBCC slips nearly 3%

NEW DELHI: The SP BSE Capital Goods index was trading lower in Tuesday's afternoon session. Shares of NBCC (India) (down 2.72 per cent),
Carborundum Universal (down 2.32 per cent), Graphite India (down 1.80 per cent) and Dilip Buildcon (down 1.62 per cent) were the top losers
in the index. Bharat Heavy Electricals (down 1.52 per cent), HEG (down 1.49 per cent), CG Power and Industrial Solutions (down 1.16 per
cent) and BEML (down 1.14 per cent) too were trading with losses
The SP BSE Capital Goods index was trading 0.36 per cent down at 18,300.52 around 12:23 pm
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 25.50 points at 11,579 while the BSE Sensex was down 64.87 points at 38,635.66
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 18 were trading in the green, while 32 were in the red
Shares of Reliance Power, Reliance Communications, Vodafone Idea, Indiabulls RE, Lakshmi Vilas Bank, PC Jeweller, DLF, Suzlon Energy, YES
Bank, South Indian Bank, Firstsource Solutions, DHFL, BPCL, Vakrangee, PNB, SAIL, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Reliance Capital and SBI were
among the most traded shares on the NSE.
