NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading higher in Friday's morning session.
Shares of Oberoi Realty (up 3.20 per cent), Indiabulls Real
Estate (up 2.21 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises (up 2.04 per cent) were the top performers in the index.
Godrej Properties (up 1.09 per
cent), DLF (up 1.01 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects (up 0.68 per cent) too were trading with gains.
The Nifty Realty index was
trading 1.07 per cent up at 253.90 around 10:17 am
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 7.45 points at 11,309.25 while the BSE Sensex was up 52.51 points at 37,611.42
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 23 were trading in the green, while 27 were in the red
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, PC Jeweller, Voltas, ZEEL, Tata Motors, DHFL, Ashok Leyland, Dish TV India and SBI were among the most
traded shares on the NSE.
