Council of the Heads of State (CHS) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).The invitation to the Prime Minister was extended by
Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov, who would chair the CHS meeting.The leaders of SCO member and observer States as well as
