LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday said it has arrested Maryam Nawaz and Yousuf Abbas in Chaudhry Sugar Mills
case.A team of doctors would inspect the PML-N Vice President and her cousin before they are presented before an Accountability Court on
Friday, it said.According to the statement, the NAB would seek remand of the suspects in accordance with the law.Earlier, Geo News reported
that the PML-N leader was taken into custody for failing to appear before the anti-graft body.According to the report, the NAB arrested her
from Kot Lakhpat Jail where she had gone to visit her father.The TV channel reported that Maryam Nawaz was asked to appear before the NAB in
connection with an inquiry related to Chaudhry Sugar Mills but she failed to show up.She was shifted to the NAB office after being taken
