An Extraordinary gazette notification issued by the subject Minister Kabir Hashim has been published last Friday (8) announcing the new
toll fees of the recently declared open parts of the Southern Expressway.The third phase of the Outer Circular Road, which links the
Southern Expressway and the Katunayake Expressway with a 9.6km stretch of road spanning from Kadawatha to Kerawalapitiya and the section
from Barawakumbura to Mattala via Andarawewa which is a 21.8km stretch and a 16.6km stretch from Andarawewa to Hambantota were opened to
vehicular traffic starting from Friday (08) midnight .
