NEW DELHI: OMCs were trading in the green in Wednesday's session with their sectoral index on BSE trading up.
Shares of Petronet LNG (up
1.39 per cent) , Indraprastha Gas (up 0.99 per cent) and Indian Oil Corporation (up 0.39 per cent) were trading higher
Reliance Industries (up 0.37 per cent) , Bharat Petroleum Corporation (up 0.28 per cent) , GAIL (India) (up 0.20 per cent) and Oil And
Natural Gas Corporation (up 0.11 per cent) were among the top gainers
The S-P BSE Oil - Gas index was trading 0.32 per cent up at 15,093.40 around 10:51 am
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 56.35 points at 12,094.05, while the BSE Sensex was up 176.53 points at 40,997.83
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 42 were trading in the green, while 8 were in the red
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, NCC, Ashok Leyland, ZEEL, Motherson Sumi, Tata Motors, L-T Fin Holding and Aditya Birla Fashion were
among the most traded shares on the NSE.
