0.47 per cent), National Aluminium Company (up 0.33 per cent) and Reliance Industries (up 0.09 per cent) were among the top gainers
The Nifty Commodities index was trading 0.5 per cent down at 3482.65 around 12:38 pm
Benchmark NSE Nifty-50 index was down 55.60 points at 12226.6, while the BSE Sensex was 172.11 points at 41454.53
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 12 were trading in the green, while 38 were in the red
