Hero MotoCorp is gearing up towards a steady resumption of operations by beginning single shift production at 3 of its plants - Gurugram
and Dharuhera in Haryana and at Haridwar in the northern hill state of Uttarakhand - from Monday, May 17, the business stated in a
regulative filing to the stock exchanges.The company continues to keep track of the situation carefully and the remaining manufacturing
plants and other centers will likewise open gradually, Hero MotoCorp said
Strict security and health procedures are in location at all plant locations and workplaces in preparation for the steady resumption of
operations, it added.Meanwhile, Hero MotoCorp said that more than 90 percent of the staff members above the age of 45 have currently been
vaccinated.Hero MotoCorp had proactively halted the plant operations momentarily in a staggered manner for four days from April 22-May 2 and
this was extended till May 16
At 12:00 pm, Hero MotoCorp shares were trading at Rs 2,858.95, greater by 1.7 percent, on the BSE.
