included Bihar, Gujarat, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and union territory Puducherry amongst
others.The next meeting at the officers' level will be held essentially on November 29 to deliberate on the structure proposition, official
