Fourteen people were injured when a van collided with a car in Afghanistan&s Herat province on Tuesday.Mamood Shah Rasooli, a spokesman for
provincial police, said that the incident happened on the highway between the provincial capital, also Herat, and Islam Qala town which
borders Iran.He said that all those who were injured in the accident were taken to the main provincial hospital in Herat city.Ten of those
