Anushka moves HC versus Maha's 1.2 cr tax need

authorities, challenging the departments March 2021 order asking her to pay more than Rs 1.2 crore charges for the evaluation year 2012-13
under the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act (MVAT) Act
Sharma likewise challenged the assessment and needs for dues for three subsequent years
On Thursday, when 2 fresh petitions filed by her now showed up prior to the HC challenging the 2012-13 and 2013-14 assessment orders, the
bench of Justices Nitin Jamdar and Abhay Ahuja gave the department two weeks time to react and posted it for hearing on February 6
