Nepal records 9 COVID-19 cases on Friday

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 13The national active Covid-19 caseload of Nepal has reached 28, on Friday as 9 persons tested favorable for the
infection in the past 24 hours. The nationwide COVID-19 infection tally remains at 1,001,046 while the death toll stays at 12,020 as no
fatality was recorded today. The total coronavirus healings stand at 988,998 with four discharges logged today.As per the most current data
supplied by the health ministry, a total of 1,377 tests were performed in the last 24 hours of which 643 were PCR tests while 734 were
antigen tests.With this, an overall of 5,996,192 PCR tests have been brought out till date.Similarly, antigen tests verified no positive
case in the previous 24 hours
Nepals Covid-19 healing rate stands at 98.8%, while the casualty rate stands at 1.2%
