MUMBAI: A day after six people were booked for putting up gangster Chhota Rajan's hoarding at a kabaddi match in Malad (E), the Tilak Nagar
police, in a separate case on Sunday, arrested a 47-year-old man for allegedly celebrating Rajan's birthday by cutting a cake
The arrested accused, Shripad Dinkar Pradkar alias Nilesh alias Appa, who is into construction business, was arrested on Sunday and produced
before a holiday court in Bhoiwada
He was granted bail.The alleged incident took place on January 13, near Sahkar junction in Tilak Nagar
Police said 10 to 15 unidentified men are wanted in the case
A 30-second video went viral where the accused are seen cutting a cake with two photos of Rajan on it
"I am not scared of anyone
I am fighting (Chhota) Shakeel since 1992-93 alone," a man's voice is heard in the video
The remand paper stated that there were 14 previous criminal cases, including murder and extortion, against Paradkar
Cops are verifying if he was associated with Rajan
In their remand plea, police stated that the accused was celebrating Rajan's birthday and they wanted to find out what was his intention in

Earlier, six persons were booked by Kurar police for putting up hoardings in Malad (E) with Rajan's images on them
The banners proclaimed that a two-day kabaddi match was going to be organised to mark Rajan's birthday
Rajan was mentioned as a "pillar of support"
A police patrol team noticed a stage put up for a sporting event
The two banners were put up on the stage
Besides Rajan's image, names and photographs of local politicians and kabaddi match organiser Sagar Gole also featured on the banners
The match was to be held on January 14 and 15
