carelessness.The guy had boarded the train that reached Rajahmundry station from Vizag
Though the male requested the TTE to unlock, the latter stated that nothing might be done
However, another TTE noted that the guy would need to pay 6,000 fine
Sources said that the man disembarked at Vijayawada and needed to pay fine, in addition to buy another train ticket to return house
