Bureau of Rehabilitation Bill passed in parliament

The second reading of the Bureau of Rehabilitation Bill has actually been passed in the parliament today (Jan

in its favour and 06 votes against.Meanwhile, at the committee phase, the 3rd reading of the expense was passed in parliament with
amendments.In October 2022, the Supreme Court determined that the Bureau of Rehabilitation Bill as a whole is inconsistent with the
Constitution.In its determination, the Supreme Court specified that the appropriate expense can be enacted just by a special majority in the
parliament and a referendum which the disparity would cease if the clauses in question are amended accordingly.
