year
The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration today issued a circular to the chief minister's and Council of Ministers'
offices, all commissions, departments, institutions, district coordination committees, and local levels to celebrate Democracy Day for three
days.

government unlikely this year "Regarding the
grand celebration of National Democracy Day, 2023 for three days on February 18, 19 and 20, all the concerned bodies are requested to
celebrate the event with various programmes endorsed by the meeting held on February 7 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal
Dahal," read the circular issued by the Ministry of General Administration. A circular has also been issued to form a
State-level Democracy Day Main Celebration Committee under the chairmanship of the chief ministers of all provinces to celebrate Democracy
Day
Similarly, there is a programme to hoist the national flag and light the lamp in the evening of February 18, 19 and 20 in all government
agencies, institutions, organisations, and offices.The circular of the ministry also urges to beautify the buildings of the public bodies.A
circular has also been issued to publish and broadcast messages related to the National Democracy Daythrough media and to organise creative
competitions related to the cultural, literary, and educational fields focusing on the significance of the day.A version of this article
