moments prior to liftoff and detained by Assam cops over his remark on PM Modi, activating demonstrations by party members on the tarmac
Hours later on, the Supreme Court approved interim Khera bail, however deprecated his remarks and refused to club the FIRs for now
Khera was asked to accompany Delhi Police workers to the terminal structure where Assam polices were waiting in the wake of an FIR versus
him, causing a severe stand-off with Congress functionaries who looked for detention papers
They sat on a demonstration under the waiting aircraft, shouting slogans versus Modi Ki Tanashahi
