The Venezuelan Navy's coast guard patrol boat, Cormoran (PG-405), has been successfully reinstated after major maintenance and repair
works were completed by Astilleros y Varaderos Margarita, CA (Astivamar).The vessel was initially beached for maintenance at Astivamar's
facilities in March 2022.Maintenance on Cormoran, the fifth patrol boat of the Gavion class, comprised hull refurbishments and equipment
overhaul.The Gavion class comprises twelve patrol boats allocated to the Navy's Coast Guard Command.The Gavion class vessels were
