NEW DELHI: Sending out a strong message of unity after a grand meeting in Patna, as many as 17 opposition parties on Friday said they will
contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections together to defeat the BJP
After the meeting, which was hosted by Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar in Patna, the opposition leaders said that the next meeting will be
held soon in Shimla and will be led by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge.The announcements were made at a press conference held after an
almost four-hour meeting, during which, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar said the leaders will meet again soon to finalise their plan of

that "the BJP wants to change history but we'll ensure that history is saved".She also said that they should not always be marked as
