call to not take part in debates hosted by 14 news anchors.INDIA bloc parties accused some anchors of 'bias' and 'communalising' news
debates, adopting a policy that was initiated by Congress to protest against what it called unfair coverage.Khera, however, said that the
opposition alliance will attend the shows of the 14 news anchors provided they realise that what they were doing is not good for India."They
If tomorrow they realise that what they were doing is not good for India, we will again start attending their shows," he added.The boycott
decision was made during the first meeting of the coordination committee comprising participating parties
However, the eventual decision was to direct their protest towards 'problematic individuals'.
