Minister Saud commended China for its extraordinary economic progress achieved in a relatively short period.Furthermore, Minister Saud
conveyed his satisfaction with the consistent support Nepal has received from China for its economic development
He stated, "You have been continuously working to further deepen Nepal-China relations
We both sides have taken Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal's formal visit to China as a crucial milestone in promoting cooperation in areas
of mutual interest, thereby strengthening the friendly and longstanding ties that have existed between our countries for centuries."
He also mentioned that PM Dahal and Chinese President Xi Jinping engaged in substantial discussions on various aspects of
Nepal-China relations on Saturday.Minister Saud emphasized that the close ties between the two countries are based on mutual respect, trust,
and understanding, citing a long history of traditional and cultural friendship between Nepal and China
He reaffirmed Nepal's commitment to the one-China policy and lauded China's unwavering support and firm stance on Nepal's sovereignty,
indivisibility, and national independence.During the event, he revealed that the Nepalese government is dedicated to expediting economic
development efforts to enhance the prosperity of the Nepali people
Additionally, he urged the Chinese side to cooperate in the transfer of technology, which would make Nepali goods more competitive in the
Chinese market and boost productivity.Minister Saud expressed these sentiments while anticipating China's goodwill and assistance in
facilitating access for Nepali goods in the Chinese market to reduce Nepal's trade deficit.
