explore Ramaroshan over a three-month period.During their visit, the tourists actively engaged in various cultural activities, including a
Deuda dance, which were organized by the Tourism Sector Development Committee in celebration of World Tourism Day
Man Bahadur Saud, the chairperson of the rural municipality, warmly welcomed the tourists and noted that their influx has significantly
boosted the village's publicity. It's worth mentioning that these foreign tourists have been granted permission to visit
Ramaroshan without any specific conditions
They are currently residing in open tents as they explore the area.Ramaroshan derives its name from two legends
Some say it was named after two brothers, Rame and Roshan, while others believe it was named Ramaroshan because it was once the dwelling
place of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.Ramaroshan Lake, situated in Ramaroshan Rural Municipality-6, is also known as 'Barha Banda, Aathara
Khanda,' where 'Barha Banda' signifies 12 lakes and 'Aathara Khanda' represents 18 meadows.The alpine meadows adorned with blooming flowers
are one of the main attractions of Ramaroshan
The area is also home to diverse wildlife, including lophophorus and crimson horned pheasants, musk deer, and Himalayan tahr.
