Baku denies Nagorno-Karabakh ethnic cleansing claims

BAKU - Azerbaijan denied accusations of ethnic cleansing to clear the enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh of its ethnic Armenian population, and
told AFP its inhabitants were free to stay or go.
