6 police officers en route to responsibility at PM's rally killed in accident

JAIPUR: Six policemen were killed, while another suffered serious injuries after the SUV they were travelling in collided with a truck on
rally in the poll-bound state.The six policemen, stationed at Khinvsar police station, and one from Mahila police station, were assigned to
duty for PM Modi's meeting in Jhunjhunu.They were traveling in a Xylo SUV at the time of the collision.DGP Umesh Mishra expressed grief over
the death of police personnel in the road accident
He informed that in the accident, policemen Ramchandra, Kumbharam, Thanaram, Laxman Singh, and Suresh of Khinvsar police station in Nagaur
district died, while constable Sukhram and head constable Sukhram were injured
The injured were admitted to JLN Hospital in Nagaur
Both were subsequently taken to Jodhpur MDM Hospital through the green corridor, but the constable died on the way.The accident, which
happened at 5.30am, resulted in the complete destruction of the front part of the vehicle, trapping all the policemen inside
