occurring in low-lying areas of Deduru Oya valley situated in Wariyapola, Nikaweratiya, Mahawa, Kobeigane, Bingiriya, Pallama, Chilaw,
are requested to pay high attention in this regard while Disaster Management Authorities are requested to take adequate precautions in this
