bare his hurt at the manner of his transfer from the Chhattisgarh HC in 2018 by the then Supreme Court collegium led by ex-CJI Dipak
extra affection for reasons still not known to me, which entailed my transfer," he said, hours after presiding over his last court
session.On Monday, an outgoing Calcutta HC judge compared the collegium's decision to shift "at one go" 24 judges with the transfer of 16
judges through an "executive decision" during the Emergency, saying it signalled the shift of power from the executive to the judiciary 48
