different groups on religious grounds, intentionally insulting to give provocation to break public peace, circulating rumours with an intent
to cause fear or alarm to the public whereby any person may be induced to commit any offence against the state, spreading statements
has been registered based on a complaint filed by advocate P Sheela of Karumandapam in Trichy.
