NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will on December 1 attend the World Climate Action Summit (WCAS) during the 28th session of the UN
climate conference (COP28) in Dubai where he is expected to pitch for all the core issues, including tripling of renewable energy capacity
globally by 2030, scaling up climate finance from billions to trillions of dollars and Mission LiFE (lifestyle for environment), that got
traction at G20 leaders' summit here under India's presidency in September.Sources said that Modi would also visit India's pavilion which
